Wife to Ross, Mama to Sienna (and Penny, the dog). As a documentary-style wedding photographer, I aim to create an experience that radiates authenticity, joy and elegance through various life stages from newborn to family and wedding photography in Somerset and beyond. At the heart of my service is my commitment to make my clients feel at ease, capturing natural, stunning moments that reflect the unique beauty of their stories. My personalised approach ensures that my clients feel confident and relaxed, trusting me to capture their special moments. I pride myself on my ability to help my clients feel comfortable in front of the camera, whether it's a couple on their wedding day or your little one who is shy around strangers. I approach my work with patience and understanding, I'll also be the ultimate hype girl when you need it!

a little more about my story

Why wedding photography?

I've loved taking photos for as long as I can remember and since getting married myself in 2021 my love of weddings has grown and grown, so when I decided the corporate life wasn't doing it for me anymore I set off in search of more joy and Petite Rose Captures was born. And since Ross won't marry me again I now live my love of weddings through my dedication to my couples and I put my all into ensuring they have their precious memories captured.

No falseness, no faking special moments, just a pure unaltered love story captured through my lens. Your wedding day is a once in a lifetime experience and I would hate for you to spend that time being absent from the celebrations and from your guests. Yes I want you to have beautiful photographs, but I want those photographs to be real! Real moments, real interactions, real laughs, real tears, really you.
My approach to your wedding photography is to let your day unfold naturally, being a fly on the wall to your special moments and only stepping in with gentle direction for your couples portraits and formal group images.
